And so, the rabbit spent the night in our frontyard, with a nice box for shelter (you know, rodents are generally nervous animals because they are most often prey), and juicy carrot to nibble on when it's hungry. We didn't shut it in the house because the rabbit didn't really belong to us, and we thought it might know its way home (you'll never know right?). If you chapterize the rabbit's life, I suppose that moment would have been called "A Night with the E's".
Next morning, dad opened the door to leave for work.
*Rabbit comes rushing towards dad from the yard*
*Dad pets it and leaves for work*
Then it was sister leaving for work an hour later.
*Rabbit comes rushing towards sister from the yard*
*Sister pets it affectionately and leaves for work*
Tell me you feel the love from the color of the font when we pet the rabbit...
My tennis session with Chian Wen was at 10 o clock, 2 hours away, so I didn't wake up until it was 9. Mom, on the other hand, wakes up at 8.30 every morning then...
Mom opens the door to allow fresh air in.
*Rabbit comes rushing towards mom from the yard*
*Mom... lets out a YELL and quickly SLAMS the door shut*
Can you imagine the look on the rabbit's face?

Anyway, I was stil sleeping when mom yelled out and I rushed down to see what happened. Next thing I heard from my mom was, "Garry, bring the rabbit along to tennis or don't go!"lol
