Just a couple days back on Friday night, I went to bed at 4am. Here's what happened:
I fell asleep almost immediately, and woke up almost immediately because as immediate as I fell asleep, I immediately dreamt that I fell from some skyscraper, and the panic made me wake immediately. And then I immediately went back to sleep...

What do people do when holidays come around? They sleep in catching up with their sleep debts, sit at home and enjoy the day off, watch TV. They also go out shopping, hanging out with friends, go catch a movie at the cinema, maybe have a good game of bowling.



I'm really more of an outdoor person, and the 2 days off for Hari Raya were meant to be exciting and enjoyable. Guys at LAProd had a tricking session on Wednesday night at Kiara Park, and rock climbing on Thusday noon! How fun, ya?



I spent my holidays at home sleeping the days away being on medication, having fever and stomach discomfort =(

You tell me, how not to be sulky? I'm sulking at work on Friday, and I'm going home early...

Happy Chinese New Year!

Hi squeaky people! I'm really really sorry I haven't updated this section for so long. I've been away on trips, business in nature and been busier than ever! My apologies (somehow, I've been apologising everytime I make an entry cos the duration in between entries are always so far apart).

To all my Chinese friends out there, Gong Xi Gong Xi! Happy Chinese New Year! It's the year of the rat, and I've lived 2 cycles in the Chinese Zodiac. I think that if it were called the year of the mouse, it won't be so 'lively', as mice are generally more timid compared to rats. I mean, the rodents you see in the backstreets of Uptown D'sara are really rats, not mice. These rats have bristled hair and segmented looking tails, really grotesque! I would consider petting a mouse, but maybe not a rat because of the impression I have of them. You watch those 80's cartoons and you'll see rats portrayed as mean and nasty rodents!

I have seen several documentaries however, and this guy travels to India and adopts a rat as a pet. He travels with it in his car, makes a special seat for it, and let's it eat from his mouth! The rats huge, I must say.

Either way, I wish you prosperity beyond your own comprehension this year of the rat. Just make sure you prosper financially, spiritually, and physically fit...

And so, the rabbit spent the night in our frontyard, with a nice box for shelter (you know, rodents are generally nervous animals because they are most often prey), and juicy carrot to nibble on when it's hungry. We didn't shut it in the house because the rabbit didn't really belong to us, and we thought it might know its way home (you'll never know right?). If you chapterize the rabbit's life, I suppose that moment would have been called "A Night with the E's".

Next morning, dad opened the door to leave for work.

*Rabbit comes rushing towards dad from the yard*

*Dad pets it and leaves for work*

Then it was sister leaving for work an hour later.

*Rabbit comes rushing towards sister from the yard*

*Sister pets it affectionately and leaves for work*

My tennis session with Chian Wen was at 10 o clock, 2 hours away, so I didn't wake up until it was 9. Mom, on the other hand, wakes up at 8.30 every morning then...

Mom opens the door to allow fresh air in.

*Rabbit comes rushing towards mom from the yard*

*Mom... lets out a YELL and quickly SLAMS the door shut*
